Bouton is a city in Dallas County, Iowa, United States. The population was 136 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Des Moines–West Des Moines Metropolitan Statistical Area.

The racial makeup of the city was 94.85% White, 0.74% African American, 0.74% Asian, and 3.68% from two or more races.
